Pina, Marta
Marta goes around flea and street markets in cities, where she finds wonders: old magazines with black-and-white illustrations, posters with beautiful fonts, and photographs featuring strangers. (Who are those people? Looking at their faces, she tries to image what their lives are like). Besides making collages, Marta is passionate about everything related to printing, which is a very old invention (although not as old as democracy) that continues to develop and improve (just like democracy) thanks to the participation of some famous people and many others who are completely anonymous. Her small publishing studio, in which she plays and experiments, has the name of Industrias Lentas (Slow Industries).
