- May. Libres e iguales (Free and Equal).
- 16 March. 12:15: Three-hour workshop about the publishing house's books for the students of the high school IES Ramón Berenguer of Amposta, in the Aula de Dibuix 2 (Drawing Hall 2). Vicente Ferrer discusses the illustrations of the first and second year Arts baccalaureate students, based on stories by Pepín Bello, Enrique Anderson Imbert, and Eduardo Galeano; 18:00: Lecture by Vicente Ferrer to the librarians in the Marcel.lí Domingo de Tortosa Public Library.
- 23 – 26 March. Participation in the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, and, for the first time, with our own stand (Hall 29, stand C25). The publishers of Media Vaca attend together with their representatives, Isabelle Torrubia and María José Gil.
- 23 March. 10:00: Round table on the book Robinson Crusoe, the 2009 winner, with the participation of the author, Ajubel, the publisher, Begoña Lobo, and Antonio Faeti, president of the Jury, moderated by Marcella Terrusi, University of Bologna, in the Café Illustratori; 20:00: The Bologna Ragazzi Award 2009, in the Fiction category, is awarded to the book Robinson Crusoe in the Borsa Hall Library of Bologna, with the presence of the author and the publishers.
- 9 June. Presentation of the book Robinson Crusoe in the Muralla Hall of the Rector Peset Hall of Residence of Valencia. With the presence of the book's illustrator and author, Ajubel, and writer and author of the book’s commentary, Leonardo Padura Fuentes, as well as the publishers of Media Vaca.
- 16 June. Presentation of the book Libres e iguales (Free and Equal) in the University Hall of the History Faculty of the University of Valencia. The two co-publishers participare: Felipe Perales (CAR Mislata) and Vicente Ferrer (Media Vaca).
- August. Cómo hacerse rico (How to get rich) and Valencia.
- September. Madame Leonarda.
- 3 – 9 October. Participation of Media Vaca books the II Jornadas Cliblik (second edition of Cliblik Conference) about independent publishing. Carpa del Arenal, Bilbao.
- 14 – 19 October. Frankfurt Book Fair. Our own space in Hall 4.1, stand L-552.
- 30 October. Presentation of the book Valencia in the MuVIM of Valencia, with the participation of the authors, Bartolomé Ferrando and Rafael de Luis, and the publisher, Vicente Ferrer. No institutional representation of any type, which surely encouraged the participation of the attending audience, after a highly applauded screening and public reading of the book.
- 2 – 7 November. Participation of the publishing house's books in the International Book Fair "Como Pedro por mi casa" ("Like Pedro in my house"), organised by Julia Pelletier in La Central Bookshop of Raval.
- 23 November – 23 December. Exhibit of three Media Vaca titles in the exhibition of the second edition of CJ Picture Book Awards: Seis barbas de besugo y otros caprichos (Six Beards of Sea Bream and Other Whims) and El paseo de Buster Keaton (Buster Keaton Takes a Walk) (honourable mention), and Robinson Crusoe (award).
- 14 December. Presentation of the book Madame Leonarda by Artur Heras in the Assembly Hall of the Rector Peset Hall of Residence of Valencia. With contributions by the author, the journalist Manolo S. Jardí, the illustrator Miguel Calatayud, and the publisher Vicente Ferrer.
- 18 December. Presentation of the book Madame Leonarda by Artur Heras in the Assembly Hall of the Casa de la Cultura (Cultural Centre) of Xàtiva. On this occasion, the author is accompanied at the table by Ximo Corts, president of the Associació d'Amics de La Costera (Friends of the Coast Association), the author Antoni Martínez i Revert, and the publisher, Vicente Ferrer.
- 23 December – 22 January 2010. Participation of the publishing house's books in the exhibition ‘Small publishers, great books’, organised by FAD and initially celebrated in its headquarters, although it has an itinerant vocation.
